I am Keiron Jones, a Production Planning Manager working within manufacturing, specialising in operational flow, process reliability, and the practical application of technology to improve organisational performance. My role sits at the intersection of operations and engineering, where I focus on diagnosing constraints, refining systems, and enabling teams to work more effectively.

My introduction to software development came through practical necessity. I began learning to code to automate repetitive tasks and to gain a deeper understanding of the systems I was responsible for. What started as targeted problem‑solving developed into a broader technical discipline: building small web applications, developing internal tools, and applying structured thinking to operational challenges.

This progression has naturally led me toward artificial intelligence. I am currently undertaking Level 7 studies in AI, building foundational knowledge in machine learning, data handling, and responsible deployment. I am at the early stages of this journey, developing the skills required to design and integrate AI‑enabled solutions in environments where reliability, clarity, and governance matter.

This portfolio reflects that ongoing development. It brings together the projects, prototypes, and experiments that have shaped my technical approach. My work is guided by a consistent principle: understand the problem thoroughly, design solutions that are maintainable and transparent, and continue improving through deliberate, structured learning.
